Residential High Rise:
- We provide Weekly,Bi-Weekly, Monthly and Daily Services for the discriminating resident!
- CHC is fully insured, credentialed, and all staff are bonded.
- We provide service for one, two, and three bedroom Condominiums and Apartments
- We provides full cleaning of all surfaces including; bathrooms, kitchen, stainless steel, fingerprints, chrome, oven/stove, dusting, baseboards, floors and carpets, balcony/terrace furniture, dishes,and linen change when requested.
- For linen change - Clean linens left available on bed and soiled placed in hamper only.
- Dishware loaded and or unloaded to or from dishwasher and put away, counter tops, bathrooms, beds made, carpets and hardwoods, and light duty touch up so that you come home to a neat and tidy home and a lifestyle to enjoy.
Commercial Services:
- Corporate Housing Units (Customized Welcoming Packages toiletries and linens included)
- Including full or part time contracted services, maintaining businesses and residential properties
- This service is available on a full time or part-time contracted service to a one time clean.
Balcony/Terrace Cleaning:
- This service is available based on a quote basis only! We are very familiar with providing this service with a minimal risk of water drainage to your neighbors below and includes balcony windows!
Laundry Service:
- We are happy to provide a wash/fold/hang service to accommodate your busy lifestyle however this requires re-entering your apartment or condominium home several times during the day and is based upon a "$15.00 minimum" , plus $0.25 per piece
- A Cleaning Service by CHC is required for laundry service to be applicable. We recommend MW Cleaners for Dry Cleaning.
- No Ironing services available.
